SMS Communications
GoGet Computer Solutions LLC ("GGCS," "we") collects your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in records (the date, method, and exact disclosure you agreed to) when you ask us to text you about your repair request. We use this information to send transactional service messages: estimates, approval requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, payment links, and post-service follow-ups. Message content is retained in our customer records as part of your job history.
We use Twilio Inc. as our messaging provider to deliver these texts; Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely to provide the messaging service. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP; transactional messages about active jobs, appointments, or payments may continue while work is in progress. To request deletion of your SMS records, contact us at [FILL - phone or email].
